1Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the we1winau website under the domain we1winau.onl and all digital services contained within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at we1winau.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User to access we1winau services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash and bonus funds accumulated in a User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any added value, free credits or promotional offer given by we1winau to a User.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition whereby a bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.

2Platform Terms of Use

Use of the we1winau platform is subject to the following conditions, which every User must meet:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration. we1winau takes the enforcement of this age limit seriously to protect young people.
• Users must be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting and casino activities.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in activities available on the we1winau platform does not violate any local laws applicable to them.
• Users must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to register one account. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, mobile number, email or financial information — is strictly prohibited. we1winau reserves the right to:

• Request proof of identity in the form of a MyKad copy or valid identity document at any time, including during the withdrawal process.
• Suspend or close accounts suspected of involvement in fraud, multiple account use or suspicious activity.
• Withhold account balances pending an internal investigation for cases involving fraud or breaches of terms.
• Update a User's account information based on supporting documents submitted.

Users are responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under a User's account is considered to have been authorised by the User unless there is evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to us.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

we1winau accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20.
• All deposits are processed automatically once confirmation is received from the payment provider.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are accurate. we1winau is not responsible for delays or failed deposits resulting from incorrect information provided by the User.
• we1winau does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, the payment provider or bank may impose their own charges.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate and lawful source. we1winau adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Users must meet the following conditions before a withdrawal request is approved:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed or for large withdrawal amounts.
• Successful withdrawals will be processed and credited to the User's payment account within 1 hour.
• If there are outstanding wagering requirements related to a bonus received, withdrawal of bonus funds will not be approved until those requirements are met.
• we1winau reserves the right to request additional verification or delay withdrawals that raise security or compliance concerns.

6Bonuses and Promotions

we1winau offers various promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated when the offer is issued.

Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 100% up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made.

• The bonus cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• we1winau reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
• Other promotions such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme, reload bonuses and other special offers will have their terms stated separately.
• The we1winau VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering a different weekly cashback percentage.

7Game Rules

All games available on the we1winau platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games, operate in accordance with the rules set by the game developers and we1winau's internal policies.

• Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring fair outcomes that cannot be manipulated.
• Any technical malfunction or connection disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on we1winau's policy according to each situation. Our server records are considered final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific technical circumstances recognised by we1winau.
• we1winau reserves the right to remove any game or change the available game selection at any time without prior notice.

8Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the we1winau platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts or any form of automation to access or play on the platform.
• Unlawful collusion between players or any form of cheating in games, including coordinating strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine intention to play.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another individual's information without authorisation.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bug exploitation) in the gaming system to obtain illegitimate winnings.
• Any attempt to hack, hijack accounts or disrupt the technical functions of the we1winau platform.

9Account Closure and Suspension

A User's account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the User's request: Users may apply to close their account at any time via live chat or customer support email. Any eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from betting activity may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. We encourage this step as part of responsible gambling practices.
• Suspension by we1winau: An account may be suspended without prior notice if there is a suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, suspicious activity or a request from the relevant authorities.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy as stated in a separate notice to the User.

10Limitation of Liability

we1winau provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding service continuity or the absence of technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by law:

• we1winau is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by Users in the use of the platform.
• we1winau is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, User device failures or factors beyond our control.
• we1winau's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

we1winau reserves the right to change, add to or amend any provision of these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to Users via their registered email or through a notice on our website.

Continued use of the we1winau platform after an amendment notice is considered the User's acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the relevant amendments should stop using the platform and contact us to close their account.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licence held by we1winau. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform or these terms shall first be resolved through a negotiation process between the User and we1winau.

Users agree that any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
